Dear Jesus,

I’m done trying to do this life alone.

I surrender my will to Yours!

God I ask that you save me and make me holy and acceptable to YOU.

I believe that You are the son of God and that you were raised from the dead after 3 days.

Jesus thank you for dying for my sin and for saving me!
