I love music but not just random music about what you ate for breakfast or how fly you are. I love music with a message. The gospel. I have noticed that a lot of times people categorize anything that says the name Jesus or mentions God is gospel but it’s not. Some may not agree but gospel music is any song that tells of the gospel. The good new of Jesus Christ and what He has done for us and what He offers. That is the gospel.

Laura Story released a song called “What a Savior” and the lyrics above are from the chorus. What a sweet revelation of Jesus. He is stronger and higher than any other simply because He is God and we can rejoice in the knowlege of who He is.

When we look around the worlds seems to be kind of tough right now. We’ve got presidential elections staring us in the face. We have poverty, pain, hate, crime and debt trying to take over the county BUT God!

Regardless of who you’re voiting for or what’s going on in your life Jesus is higher and He is stronger.

Jesus is stonger than addiction, debt, disease, sickness, and any emotion. God is with us and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Freedom from all bondage is available to us today because Jesus is stronger. The bible lets us know that when we know the truth that the truth will make us free. Once we are aware of the truth and accept it a recreation happens in our lives and we are remade as free and the truth is Jesus is higher and stronger.

Everything must bow and come under the subjection to the name of Jesus and admit that He is Lord and that He is in control.

Be encouraged today because Jesus is higher and stronger than your situation and what you’re dealing with.
