It’s Friday and of course you know that means it’s time for an installment of this weeks Booms! and Blahs!

But today is such a BOOM! I’m going to switch it up and leave the blahs! from the week out.

Today represents the totality of God’s love for me. It is a day that is overshadowed with shame but a pathway to total and complete victory.

Today represents the day Jesus decided to step outside of perfection and take on my sin. Today, Jesus made a decision to stay on the cross and give up His life in exchange for mine.

He gave up His life in exchange for yours. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… Jesus loves you more.

Jesus loves me more.

Jesus loves us more.

While you’re spending time with family this weekend remember what Easter is really about. Let’s keep in mind the ultimate BOOM! Our shame has been turned to victory. This weekend, let’s remember that His death allotted us our lives.
